Testimonies by past SLI Fellows: “The most valuable aspect of the entire fellowship experience was building connections with my peers and professionals in this space. It definitely made me feel more empowered, especially the depth of transparency everyone provided.”; “One skill I learned in the AASAP fellowship that I plan to apply is reframing my experiences through professional storytelling. I always thought that my professional experience is ‘worth more’ than my experiences as an Asian American college student. But I learned personal storytelling is a viable form of connection.”; “I truly enjoyed every session and took away insights that will be valuable in my career, especially the final panel on dinner etiquette! ... I know this program will be incredibly impactful for future cohorts.”
