Culturally Engaged Academic Advising

How do I choose my major?

Which courses do I take?

How do I manage expectations of my family and other stakeholders while identifying and pursuing what I am passionate about?

How can I manage my classes, employment, social life, and other responsibilities?

Every UIC student has probably asked at least one of these questions. In response, AASAP offers individualized, culturally responsive advising that prioritizes student interests.

We are open Monday through Friday 9-5 for academic advising. Drop-in appointments are always available or you can schedule an appointment by emailing aasap@uic.edu or contacting an academic advisor directly.
